Yale New Haven is partnering with Immanuel Baptist Church on Chapel and Day Street to conduct a COVID-19 vaccination clinic., and the goal is to make the vaccination as accessible as possible to residents in the neighborhood.
Location: Immanuel Baptist Church, 1324 Chapel Street (at the corner of Chapel and Day Streets)

Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- The vaccine is offered at no cost
- You can get vaccinated if you are 45 years old or older
- An appointment is necessary; see the attached flyer for information. Please note: You can make an appointment by phone in your preferred language.
