This month the Greater New Haven Branch of the NAACP will being hosting Financial Literacy Sessions each week.

Theus McBee is a financial literacy advocate that is focused on raising awareness about investing within the black community. A graduate from the University of Connecticut, Theus is the creator of, “Stock Market University,” an online course that teaches beginners the basics of investing in the stock market. He has been featured on numerous podcasts and shows to shed light on financial literacy. As a YouTuber & owner of the @defineyourlegacy_ Instagram account, he utilizes social media to inform people of all ages the power that investing can have on a person’s life.
